It’s great to be back to blogging! This time, I’m excited to introduce a brand new category focused on food recipes. So lets get started with the Veggie burger that wins hearts. As a true foodie, I love experimenting with new dishes and exploring fresh recipes in the kitchen. And, as a millennial, who doesn’t love a good burger? So, without further ado, let’s dive into the recipe for the veggie burger that’s sure to win hearts!

Ingredients: The Veggie Burger That Wins Hearts
- For the ingredients, you will need readymade veggie patties, 1 sliced cucumber, 1 sliced onion, and 1 sliced tomato. Additionally, gather 3-4 lettuce leaves and 4 burger buns.
For Burger Dressings
- Tomato ketchup (Used Hot and Sweet Tomato Ketchup)
- Eggless Mayonnaise
- Some chilly flakes and peri peri mix
For plating:
Some French fries to complete the burger
Instructions:
- Start by thinly slicing the onion, cucumber, and tomatoes. As for the iceberg lettuce, simply keep it as a whole leaf to layer on the burger.
- Next, in a bowl, combine the tomato ketchup and mayonnaise to create a flavorful burger dressing. To give it an extra kick, add peri-peri mix and chili flakes for some spice.
- Then, shallow or deep fry the veggie patties in a pan until they’re crispy and golden on both sides.
- While the patties are cooking, slice the burger buns in half. Lightly toast them in the pan with a bit of butter to add flavor and a satisfying crunch.
- Now, it’s time to assemble your burger. Start by spreading the burger dressing on both the base and top of the buns.
- Layer the sliced veggies—onion rings, tomato, and cucumber—on the base bun, followed by the crispy veggie patty. Finally, top it off with the other bun. Your delicious veggie burger is now ready to plate.
- To serve, place the burger on a plate alongside a side of crispy French fries. Enjoy!
It’s always fun to share the special recipes we create! That being said, I’ll be posting even more exciting recipes in the future. But for now, enjoy this McDonald’s-style veggie burger while you wait!
Burger innovation has come a long way from the classic beef patty and bun. In fact, today, both chefs and home cooks are reinventing the burger with bold, unexpected flavors and ingredients. For example, plant-based patties and gourmet toppings like kimchi, avocado, and truffle aioli are transforming the burger into a true canvas for creativity. As a result, burgers are no longer just about the meat—they’ve become a playground for flavor experimentation.
